Ontario welcomed 48 immigration candidates to apply for a provincial nomination on August 11.

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) held its In-Demand Skills stream draw. Ontario’s new Expression of Interest (EOI) framework replaces the old first come first serve with registering whenever eligible for an opportunity to get a greeting from Ontario. This new program qualifies candidates to “express their interest” to apply for a provincial nomination under an Ontario Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).

There was no score prerequisite for this draw. Welcomed up-and-comers should have been qualified for the In-Demand Skills stream, and should have employment in the accompanying occupations, which are recorded under National Occupational Classification (NOC) code. Candidates who got a greeting today presently have 14 days to apply for provincial nomination, which will uphold their application for permanent residency.
