Manitoba welcomed 275 candidates to apply for a provincial nomination on August 12.

Welcomed competitors would now be able to apply for an assignment from the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). In the event that they effectively get it, the nomination will uphold their last application for Canadian permanent residency.

Here are the results of the most recent draw:

• Skilled Workers in Manitoba— 238 invitations with a minimum EOI score of 454;
• Skilled Workers Overseas— 6 invitations with a minimum EOI score of 719; and
• International Education Stream — 31 invitations with no EOI score requirement.

So far in 2021, Manitoba has now welcomed 6,789 immigrants to apply for a provincial nomination.
