Since the beginning of pandemic, IRCC has been holding only Canadian Experience Class (CEC) and PNP draws. The reason being, the two above-mentioned draw holders are more likely to be living in Canada and less likely to be disrupted by the travel restrictions. In reference to the pandemic period, IRCC has been inviting huge number of candidates. For an instance, IRCC invited 1,000 PNP candidates on June 23,2021 and 940 PNP candidates on June 16,2021. These high draw sizes show the Federal Government working towards its goal of welcoming 401,000 new immigrants to Canada this year.

Cheerfully, 627 candidates were invited to apply for permanent residence on July 07,2021. These candidates were nominated from a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) with a score of at least 760. The qualified candidates were only invited if they submitted their Express Entry profile before June 14,2021.
